The verdict's in!
Just got back from the doctor's office. After a host of tests (urine analysis, blood test, flu swap, and chest x-ray), the verdict's in. I have the flu (with a secondary infection on top of it).
The flu? And I thought it was just a bad migraine with some sinus/asthma stuff going on. I left the pharmacy with four prescriptions (oh, and a shot at the doctor's office). Argh!!
Anyway, I'm going to try and get some sleep since I didn't get much last night. Hopefully, the worst of this is over since it's been a week now.
So my siestas, please pray for me as I rest. I believe in the power of prayer. In fact, I'm counting on it.

Absolutely! I hope you get the rest you need.
Oh, Cheryl! Dog gone germs. We've been passing the stomach flu around and yes I had a bacterial infection to boot. I don't know if you have Vernors pop where you live but that is the only thing that has tasted good to me.

My legs were slow to get back and when I finally got hungry nothing tasted good. After two bites I felt that...umm...uncomfortable feeling I was trying to forget :) Each day is better than the one before...in fact...I'm off to work today..high hoe, high hoe!
